CEAS Paris and The Sophrology Academy in Ashford, the first Sophrology school in the UK, opened in September 2015 their first bilingual training, a unique offer in the world of Sophrology.
To make this training available to a wider audience, we have been offering a fully live online format via videoconference since 2026.
MAIN GOAL
To allow Sophrologists to be able to work in English in truly international situations.
Enable qualified sophrologists to conduct sophrology sessions confidently in English in international professional settings.
Final objectives :
- Conduct a complete sophrology session independently (with breaks, recovery & phenodescription)
- Review fundamental sophrology principles (definition, origin, aims and uses)
- Deliver clear, natural and fluent guidance in English (vocabulary in English, tips and tricks)
- Develop the confidence and linguistic skills required to deliver DR1-DR4 protocols and specific techniques to English-speaking clients.
- Qualified sophrologists wishing to work with clients in English-speaking clients
- Students currently completing a French diploma in sophrology who wish to practise in international environments.
Upon successful completion of the programme and satisfactory assessment results, participants will be awarded the CEAS Paris “Bilingual Sophrologist Practitioner Certificate ».
- Applicants must already have a good command of English (this is not an English language course)
- Curriculum Vitae in English and French
- Interview in English
- Synchronous online learning via videoconference
- €700 : €100€ deposit upon registration, with the remaining €600 balance due prior to the start of the programme
